Utilizing the latest CCD technology RSL’s Seacam® ultra low light colour camera offers both 470TV lines resolution and 3.5 x 10-3 lux sensitivity with the option of long time picture integration, which gives extremely good pictures in very low light conditions.
With no tubes to burn, the camera is simple plug and go, which is fitted as standard with a 4 pin Subcon underwater connector, but can have an optional XSL - 5 - BCR fitted to allow it to directly retro fit any existing SIT camera.
The optional internal LED lighting enables it to be used in confined spaces or even as a manipulator camera. Because it is 1/2 the size of a standard SIT camera it can be used on smaller eyeball ROV’s and tracked vehicles.
