This specialist ROV has been developed for use in Nuclear Ponds with the basic chasis having a 7Kw power pack capable of operating a variety of tools.
Using water as the hydraulic medium instead of oil or water glycol mix has several advantages including:
- Range of proportional and on/off valves for control
- Option for manipulators, cutters, educator pumps, self loading buckets to be fitted
- 7Kw on board water hydraulic power pack
- Skid steer with proportional control of each track
- Pan/Tilt/Zoom(40:1) camera and lights
- Floating umbilical to prevent snagging on items in the pond
- 440v 3 phase operation
- Option of proportional or on/off tooling values
