Prototype, Systems Integration, Development, Mock Up and Trials

Rovtech Systems can provide both wet and dry testing facilities. We will offer solutions which can be built as prototypes and mocked up in the factory, then tested in one of our test tanks. For larger scale projects in our second larger test pond/dock. This facility can be utilised for simple module commissioning, to long term assembly tests. With comprehensive data logging and reporting the end user has the ability to understand the units operation within a realistic working environment.
Manufacture and Assembly For The Nuclear Industry
Rovtech Systems carry out manufacturing and assembly using detailed drawings supplied by either our clients or those generated in house. Our comprehensive, production and manufacturing capability includes CNC machining, welding, fabrication, mechanical and electrical/electronic assembly. This allows us to offer a single point of contact for all manufacturing and production activities, ensuring a smooth transition from one discipline to another.
Nuclear Consultancy
Rovtech systems extensive knowledge of the nuclear service industry allows us to provide the crossover of technology that a client needs to develop safe, simple, innovative and cost effective solutions to problems.
We work to agreed terms of contract using a framework agreement or similar arrangement. We supply highly skilled individuals with vast experience within the nuclear industry. Our advice extends from strategic support through to individual project management and systems development.
Remote Handling
Rovtech Systems have supplied a wide range of remote handling solutions over many years to a wide range of clients within the nuclear industries. These solutions have included applications within nuclear power stations and reprocessing plants. We have the capability and experience to develop bespoke robotic solutions or adapt existing equipment for remote applications.
